Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Tensor Strength website, member portal, programs, tools, and coaching services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them.

1. Health & safety

Strength training carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using proper technique, appropriate loads, and safe equipment. Our content, tools, and AI features are for general fitness information and are not medical advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, the community, or other members.

3. Plans & billing

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Membership ($9.99/month or $90/year), Remote Coaching, and Tensor AI are recurring subscriptions billed automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Custom Programs are a one-time purchase. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

5. Content & intellectual property

Programs, videos, libraries, and other content are owned by Tensor Strength and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Free programs may be shared with credit; paid content may not be resold or redistributed. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us permission to store and display it to provide the service.

6. Community

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, or illegal content. We may remove posts or accounts that break these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tensor Strength is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from training. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
