Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel any Tensor Strength subscription at any time — no phone call, no hassle.
1. How to cancel
Log in, go to Account, and press "Cancel subscription". Or email thehutch@tensorstrength.com and we'll cancel it for you.
2. When it takes effect
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly Membership ($9.99 CAD), Remote Coaching ($400 CAD), and Tensor AI ($12.99 CAD) are not refundable, including partial months. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
4. Annual membership
If you cancel the $90 CAD annual membership, you can ask for a prorated refund for the full months you haven't used. Email us to request it. Your access ends when the refund is processed.
5. Custom programs
The $200 CAD Custom Program can be refunded in full if you cancel before we start building your program. Once work has started or the program has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
6. Abandoned checkout
If you leave Stripe Checkout before paying, nothing is charged and no subscription is created.
