• Training data you enter: workouts, sets, PRs, goals, check-ins, photos or videos you upload, and messages.
• Coaching applications and contact-form submissions.
• Billing records: plan, payment status, and transaction history. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: device/browser type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

• To provide the membership, programs, tracking tools, and coaching you sign up for.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service messages (receipts, account, and coaching updates) and, if you opt in, reminders or newsletters.
• To improve the site and keep it secure.

If you use Tensor AI, your messages and relevant training context are sent to our AI model providers to generate responses. Do not share sensitive medical information in AI chats. AI output is informational and is not medical advice.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Tensor Strength (for example payment processing, hosting, file storage, email, and AI providers), with your coach where you have purchased coaching, or where required by law.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

You can view and update your profile from your account, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
